Overview

As an Operator or Relief Operator, you will operate workover rigs, managing the drawworks, rotary, and other rig systems to perform well servicing operations.

  • Operate workover rig drawworks, rotary, and pumps
  • Manage rig moves and setup
  • Supervise crew members during operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Communicate with customers and company personnel
  • Maintain equipment and report issues

  • Significant workover rig experience required
  • Proven ability to operate rig controls
  • Leadership and crew management skills
  • Strong safety record
  • Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
